Very few homeowners perform an inventory of their possessions prior to an insurance loss. So when disaster strikes, most homeowners are faced with the formidable task of remembering every item that was destroyed or discarded.
Our inventory specialists offer assistance with the most stressful part of the insurance process: the contents inventory. In the past 10 years, our staff has completed hundreds of contents inventories for catastrophe victims. Our staff members are licensed adjusters in several states - including Texas, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri and Georgia – and offer a wide variety of knowledge and experience to provide an accurately detailed estimate to your Insurance Company.
The moment your insurance adjuster hands you the Personal Property Inventory Forms (PPIF’s) can be gut wrenching. The thought of spending the next several weeks or months attempting to inventory the thousands of items that were destroyed or discarded is overwhelming – to say the least.
Take control of your homeowners claim and put our inventory specialists to work for you. Don’t be fooled by the restoration and or ”cleaning” companies who offer this as part of their service. It is not even the Insurance Company’s responsibility to produce one for you and will sometimes even hire another company to critique your invetory when done. (In fact, it is your responsibility to submit a proof of loss and contents inventory to the Insurance Company.)

Inventory Services
Our role is to help you create an accurately detailed inventory. We help you pull all the information together, provide the time-consuming task of researching replacement values, and work with your insurance
agent or adjuster to ensure we have provided your information properly according to their requirements.
3 Steps to Bring You Peace of Mind:
Image Documentation
The series of digital photos of each room includes full room views from different perspectives, a photo of each wall, and close-up photographs of specific key assets.
Catalog
Complementing the digital record is an itemized list of your personal property. Organized by room (the format preferred by Insurance Companies), the detailed description includes manufacturer, model and serial numbers of electronics, appliances, weapons, power tools, etc. Special artist marks and other identifying information on collectibles are included as well.
Assigning a Value
This process is achieved through internet research and assistance from our client to establish consumer trends as well as ages of items.
*To ensure that you are receiving the best inventory service possible, our processes are continually reviewed, improved and adapted to meet our customers’ needs. You are invited to remain with us the entire time we are in your home or place of business. We welcome any questions prior to performing your inventory.
Our fee is a small percentage of the total amount of the inventory, capped at your policy limit. There are no up-front fees and our fee is
payable after you are paid by your Insurance Company. We have no doubt that our involvement will increase your claim settlement.
NO RECOVERY, NO FEE!
